DICTADOR PT 78 PLATINUM 195.084
DAY 7 of 24.
“All I want for Christmas is rum.”
But what a rum we have today! Especially when the rum is made from Caribbean sugar cane honey, and distilled in two ways. One part of the Dictador Platinum is distilled in copper stills, and the other part in column stills made of steel. As a consequence of two part distillation we get a medium body rum. At the same time, three types of barrels participate in ageing and in the creation of flavors together with the solera system.
MATURATION: BOURBON, SHERRY & PORT WINE BARRELS
AROMA & NOTES: ALL THINGS CONSIDERED ON THE NOSE WE HAVE A STRONG CARAMEL NOTES, HOPEFULLY COMING FROM NATURAL AGEING FOLLOWED BY STRONG OAK VAPORS. IN FACT ON THE PALATE THOSE SAME AROMA AND NOTES ARE CONTINUED JUST WITH HIGHLIGHTED HAZELNUT AROMA. FINALLY AT THE COMES THE FINISH WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING, OR AT LEAST WHAT MAIN CONSUMER EXPECT: LONG, SOFT AND SWEET.
