On the sixth day of Christmas in the shoe was a rum from Brazil. It is written like that, despite the fact that most sugar cane distillates that come from Brazil are cachacas. But this is rum.
APPEARANCE
In the glass the spirit is clear with pale intensity and lemon color.
NOSE
On the nose come clean and medium aromas of molasses and pear.On the second sniff appear apple and honey. Light floral, cherry and citrus notes in traces.
PALATE
Dry, on the first sip rough, but after a one second warming pronounced flavors of molasses, cardamon and burnt sugar. Light flavors of oak, honey and licorice. Long and very complex finish fulfilled with flavors of black pepper, mint and plums.
CONCLUSION
Outstanding. Saint Nicholas knows what to bring.
