Colombia illy is light and smooth in the same fashion way as La Hechichera Reserva Familiar. Furthermore, together they are producing something unexpected, but again on the other hand something unspectacular too. A linear taste. Generally speaking, something like that is pretty hard to find these days, because everyone wants to be extravagant today.
But our lady is just what we look for in one woman when we are looking for a stable and secure relationship. A hard and safe ground, balanced and continuous taste without unexpected notes.

Seduction in white, mixed with her bronze tan. Lingering perfection. Smooth, milky with scent of fruit. Definitely Moser Roth outdid himself this time with this white chocolate. Furthermore, it seems that this chocolate is like a perfect piece of lingerie intended for our girl- seductive and classy.

This combination is like a classic date with famme fatale. Bitter, seductive and fresh. Every bite releases something new, but also something that we already saw. It doesn’t develop anything new, but it develops perfection. Orange notes are compatible from both sides, light bitterness also, but somehow with signature. Like we’ve been here already, but it is so good and special that we wanna stay longer.
Mousse au Chocolat Sour Cherry-Chilli & LA HECHICERA RESERVA FAMILIAR
This date is kinky. In the first place it is warm and seductive on the first sip. Secondly she pushes us away on the second sip, because we find something is not matching. But we don´t know what is it. Thirdly, chili in the chocolate and pepper in the La Hechichera Reserva Familiar are hidden, until we mix them together, and then they explode. Everything is slightly burning, then comes the prominent taste of cherry to cool the things between us. We know that cherry does not belong here, but somehow it all makes sense. Except the guilty feeling after. After we still want more of this guilty pleasure.
Altogether, these three dates were still extraordinary and unexpected, although we were dealing with nothing new. But sometimes quite ordinary things can be special if they happen in an unusual time. Or if they are happening with the right person… or rum.
