ESPRESSO MARTINI. THE COCKTAIL
Acording to our uncertified rumors, not so long time ago, in that time also not so famous bartender Dick Bradsell was visited in his bar by in that time not so famous top model. She was tired, upset and she ordered something that was not so famous in that time by words:
“Give me something to wake me up and then fck me up.”
Since that moment everything became so famous; the unknown top model with her now famous sentence, the cocktail with vodka, espresso and coffee liquer, even Dick Bradsell became famous. Espresso Martini became the most popular thing till nowadays,so famous that almost every bartender from the Londons 80’s claimed that he was original creator of Espresso Martini.
But one thing is 100% sure. This cocktail is invented by the bartender who was born in the 1980’s far away from London and England. Here is the original recipe from 2022, when Barbados Espresso Martini was created. Most interesting fact is that this cocktail isn’t even created on Barbados.
BARBADOS ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ingredients:
50ml Dos Maderas Selecciòn
30ml Homemade Coffe Liquer*
3 dashes Molasses Bitter
1 espresso
Method: Shake/ Strain
Glass: Cocktail Glass
Garnish: Nutmeg
*Plantation Rum Barbados, illy espresso, Jacobs Espresso, Sugar, Caramel and Vanilla Syrup
